2. Terms of Use

   1. IKpixels is not held accountable and is not responsible for any excessive, offensive and inappropriate actions done by the users of this site to other sites.
   2. Most features of this site are free of use and though some features requires free registration and others are Paid Features. Any personal information collected will not be released to any third parties
   3. Content owner has the ability to allow their music audio files to be downloaded for free or by freemium users for offline listening.
   4. By default, audios files are set to be downloadable.

3. Copy Rights

   1. All audio, text, photos, pictures, graphics, comments, and other content, data or information that you upload or post are controlled solely by you, and not by IKpixels.
   2. Your Content remains your sole responsibility

However, by uplaoding your content on IKpixels, you give IKpixels permission/rights to use your content(Audio,image,text,video) to promote or market IKpixels or when promoting/marketting your Artist page/songs physically and on Social media such as Youtube,facebook,google,twitter,Instagram and more.
   4. Therefor, you agree that whenever your content is used for such reason, our post or video will be not flaged as Copyright infringement material.

4. Third party website and Content

   1. IKpixels integrate its system with other system like spotify (Through spotify API) and youtube (through Youtube API).We only give you a chance to stream 30 sec tracks from spotify.If you need to get full track your required to click the link that will redirect you to spotify app or website. Artist can link their ikpixels account with spotify in order to promote number of streams on spotify

5. Purchance and Payment

   1. Currently we support the following local payments method : TNM Phamba,Airtel Money and National Bank
   2. We start charging after uploading 10 items
   3. If artist are selling MUSIC or TICKETS, the payments are collected by ikpixels team but the owner view all transaction reports on his/her dashboard
   4. At the end of business the money is transferred to the owner of the music or tickets. For Music income, the revenue is transiffered on monthly basis
   5. The price of the song is determined by the owner of the music.Each payment is approved by ikpixels team.

6. Privacy Policy

   1. Collection of Information.
      1. We collect personally identifiable information, like names, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors.
      2. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists, allow you to upload contents, to be sever you and so on
